The first 7 days are free from the day we verify your licence, with no card. After that, one plan with everything in it — the only choice is how often you pay.
That is the whole price: nothing is added at checkout, and there is no per-prescription fee. Paid by card through Stripe. Cancel any time in the billing portal; the period you have paid for is honoured to its end.
What is included
Both plans. There is no smaller one.
- Unlimited patients, consultations and documents. Prescriptions, laboratory and diagnostic requests, referrals and medical certificates, with no cap and no count.
- Verified by RxPH. Every document carries a QR code and a short code that open the original, and the page says we checked the licence of the account that issued it. Pharmacies and patients can check it without an account.
- Consultation charting. Chief complaint, S, O, A and the plan for each visit, with the patient's details already there to cross-check. Issue prescriptions, requests and certificates from inside the visit without leaving the page; the notes autosave.
- The medical record. The Philippine paper form, section by section, with a problem list that keeps itself. Or hand the patient a link and they fill in their own history before the visit.
- The patient's own view. Patients sign in with their email to see what you gave them: their record, every document you issued, your instructions, and any file you chose to share. Never your clinical notes.
- Templates for everything you repeat. Medicine sets, request and referral text, medical certificates with the standard wording built in, and the instructions you give most.
- Photos and documents on a visit. A result the patient sent, the laboratory's PDF. Up to 20 files a visit, shared with the patient only if you tick them.
- Your signature, drafts, duplicates and voiding, and the two legal validity clocks applied for you.
- Your data is yours. Download everything as CSV or JSON whenever you like, and close the account whenever you like. We process patient records only on your instructions.
How the trial works
You register with the details PRC's register needs and a photo of a government-issued ID. A person here checks your licence, usually within a day, and your account opens with 7 free days. No card is needed for them.
When the 7 days end without a subscription, RxPH becomes read-only: every patient, consultation and document stays there to read, print and download, and nothing new can be written until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted and nothing is lost.
One free trial per physician. Prices may change on 30 days' notice, at your next renewal. The Subscriber Terms have the detail.
Questions
- Is anything added on top?
- No. The number above is the number on your card statement.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
- Yes, in the billing portal, at any time. The change takes effect at your next renewal.
- What happens to prescriptions I issued if I stop paying?
- They stay exactly as issued and stay verifiable for the patients and pharmacies holding them. Read-only means you cannot write new ones; it never means what you wrote disappears.
- Do my patients pay anything?
- Nothing, ever. RxPH takes no payment from patients and none for any medicine.
- Can I get an invoice for my practice?
- Yes. Stripe issues one for every payment, and you can add your TIN at checkout so it appears on it.
