Verifiable e-prescriptions · Philippines

One prescription. Three ways in.

For doctors in the Philippines. Chart the consult in SOAP and issue the prescription without leaving it. The patient gets a link, and the pharmacy scans its QR code to open the original.

During the consult

Doctors

Chart the visit, issue what it calls for from inside it, and keep each patient’s history in one place.

  • Charted the way it is taught. Chief complaint, then S, O and A, with the patient’s allergies and medicines at the top. The notes save as you type.
  • The plan, issued there and then. Prescriptions, laboratory and diagnostic requests, referrals and certificates, from inside the visit.
  • One record per patient. The Philippine paper form and every past visit. Or send a link, and they fill in their own history before the appointment.
  • Start from the last one. Reuse a prescription, or keep templates for what you write often.
  • Checkable at the counter. A QR code and a 12-character code on every document open the original.
  • Licences checked by hand. Against the PRC register, before your account opens. Then 7 days free. See pricing.

  • The page that opens is the original. If it matches the paper the patient holds, it is genuine.
  • A voided one says so, in red.
  • Pharmacies record the medicines they dispensed there — full or partial.
  • Works for prescriptions, laboratory and diagnostic requests, referrals and medical certificates.
