RxPH Subscriber Terms
Version 1 · Last updated 8 October 2026
These terms are between EXEVIO d.o.o. (EXEVIO Ltd.), a limited liability company registered in Croatia at Vukovarska 6, Rijeka, MBS 040306757, OIB 53022148424 ("we", "us", "RxPH"), and the physician or clinic subscribing ("you").
1. What RxPH is, and what it is not
RxPH is software for licensed physicians. You use it to keep your patients' records and medical history, to write up consultations, and to issue prescriptions, laboratory, diagnostic and referral requests, and medical certificates. Your patients can fill in their own details through your patient link and read their own record, and a patient or a pharmacy can confirm that a document you issued is genuine.
We do not:
- sell, supply, dispense, deliver, store or ship any medicine;
- operate a pharmacy, a drug outlet or a drug retailer of any kind;
- take payment from patients, or payment for any medicine;
- practise medicine, give medical advice, or decide what any patient is prescribed;
- select, recommend, rank or restrict medicines.
You are responsible for every prescription you issue. You are the prescriber; your PRC licence number is printed on it; the clinical decision is yours alone.
2. What you are buying
You are buying access to a hosted online service, operated by us on infrastructure outside the Philippines, for the subscription period.
For the avoidance of doubt: no copy of any software is delivered to you, and you acquire no copyright rights whatsoever: no right to reproduce RxPH for distribution, to prepare derivative works, to publicly perform or display it, to sublicense it, or to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it. Nothing in these terms is a licence to use software, and the fee is paid for a service performed on our infrastructure, not for any right in any work.
3. Who may subscribe, and the licence check
You must be a physician licensed by the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission, or a clinic acting for such physicians.
We verify every licence before an account opens, and you cannot use RxPH until we have. When you register you give us what the PRC's public register needs to find you (your profession, your first and last name as registered, your licence number and your date of birth), together with your middle name if you have one, and one to three photographs of any valid government-issued ID on which your date of birth can be read. A person at RxPH checks these against the register by hand and emails you the result. Until then your account can only complete or correct that registration, share your patient link, download what it holds, or close. Patients who fill in their details through your link before then reach your list once we have verified you.
If we cannot match you to the register we will tell you why and you may correct and resend. We may refuse an account, and we may re-check a licence at any time and suspend an account whose licence no longer checks out. You must tell us if your licence is suspended, revoked or lapses.
If your licence's validity date passes without a renewal we can see, RxPH becomes read-only the next day until we have confirmed the renewal on the PRC register. Everything you wrote stays readable, printable and downloadable, and you can still close your account. We use the date our reviewer recorded from the register.
Once verified, your licence number is fixed on your account. The name printed on your prescriptions starts as your first name, middle initial and last name; you may reshape it in Settings as you like, as long as it still contains the last name we checked. If your licence number or that last name changes, write to us.
The ID photographs you send, and your date of birth, are kept on your account for as long as the account exists, even after you close it, as the record that the check was made against a real person. Apart from you, they are seen only by the people who check licences, through a sign-in of their own, and they are never shown to a patient or a pharmacy. Our privacy notice has the detail.
4. Fees and renewal
- ₱600 per month or ₱4,000 per year, charged in Philippine pesos.
- That is the whole price. Nothing is added at checkout, and the amount above is the amount we charge you, less any promotion code you enter at checkout, for as long as that code runs.
- Seven days free, from the day we verify your licence, not from the day you sign up, because until then you cannot write anything. No card is needed for the trial, and there is one trial per physician.
- When the seven days end, RxPH becomes read-only until you subscribe. Everything you wrote stays readable, printable and downloadable (patients, consultations, prescriptions, requests and certificates), but nothing new can be written and nothing existing can be changed. Subscribing restores writing at once. The first payment is taken on the day you subscribe.
- The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part periods, except where the law requires it.
- Closing your account also cancels your subscription, the same way: it ends with the period you have paid for and is not renewed. We email you to confirm.
- We may change prices on 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.
5. Our confirmation on what you issue
Every prescription, request and medical certificate you issue carries a QR code and a short code that open the original. When someone opens it, the page says whether RxPH confirms it: that it was issued from an account whose licence we had verified and which was allowed to write at that moment (during the free trial, on a subscription, or on access we had granted), and that the page is the original as written.
Because no account can write before its licence has been verified, everything you issue through RxPH carries that confirmation. What we confirm is the account and the document. We do not confirm, and take no view on, the clinical content: that is yours, as clause 1 says.
That status is frozen when you issue. A document is not re-assessed afterwards, for the same reason nothing else about an issued document can change: a page that could be altered after the fact would not be worth scanning. To correct one, void it and issue a fresh one.
Documents already issued stay verifiable for good. A pharmacy scanning a QR code is never affected by what your account or your subscription does afterwards, and a document issued before this version of these terms keeps the status it was issued with.
6. Your data, and your patients' data
Your patients' records are yours. We process them only on your instructions, as your processor. The Data Processing Agreement (rxph.app/dpa) governs this and forms part of these terms.
You are the Personal Information Controller and the data controller for those records. That means you are responsible for the lawful basis for processing them, for telling your patients what happens to their data, and for answering their requests. We give you the tools to do it: export, correction and erasure are in the app, and you do not need to contact us to use them.
We use your patients' data only to provide RxPH to you. We never sell it and never use it for advertising or marketing. To improve RxPH we may study how its features are used, in anonymised form that cannot be linked to you or to any patient.
7. What the law requires of prescriptions
RxPH refuses to write some things, and shortens the life of others, because Philippine law says so. In particular:
- Dangerous drugs cannot be prescribed through RxPH. They require a prescription written and signed by hand (DDB Board Regulation No. 10, s. 2025 §3), which no web application can produce.
- Prescriptions expire. Seven days for antibiotics, anti-infectives and antivirals; 60 days for everything else (JAO 2021-0001 §VII.B.9.a). You may shorten this; you cannot extend it.
- Antibiotics go on their own prescription (§VII.B.8.d).
These are not our preferences and we cannot waive them.
8. Availability
We aim to keep RxPH available, and the public verification pages in particular. We do not promise uninterrupted service and we do not offer a service level agreement. We will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where we can.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use RxPH to issue a prescription without a genuine clinical encounter; to issue one in another physician's name; to share your account; to attempt to access another subscriber's records; or for anything unlawful. Upload a logo only if you have the right to use it, and not one that suggests a hospital, the DOH, the PRC or anyone else endorses you or RxPH. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used this way, and will tell you why.
10. Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the Philippine Consumer Act where it applies to you.
Subject to that, and because you make every clinical decision: we are not liable for clinical outcomes, for prescribing decisions, or for a pharmacy's decision to dispense or not. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
11. Ending it
You may cancel any time, in the billing portal or by closing your account, which also cancels your subscription (clause 4). We may end these terms on 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach clause 9 or lose your PRC licence.
When it ends: you keep read-only access and export for 90 days. After that we may delete your account. Issued prescriptions are retained and stay verifiable for the retention period in the Data Processing Agreement, on your instruction, because the patients and pharmacies holding them need them to keep checking out.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Croatian law, and the courts of Rijeka have jurisdiction, except that nothing deprives you of the protection of mandatory Philippine law, or of your right to bring proceedings where you are.
Before going to court, write to us. Email contact@rxph.app and we will answer within seven calendar days. If seven days pass without resolution, Philippine law treats that route as exhausted (RA 11967 §24) and you are free to go to the Department of Trade and Industry or to court. A complaint about personal data can also go to the National Privacy Commission in the Philippines or to AZOP in Croatia.
13. Changes
We will give 30 days' notice by email of any change that materially affects you. Continuing to use RxPH after it takes effect means you accept it. If you do not, cancel before then and we will refund the unused part of any annual period.
