Who runs RxPH

The operator

EXEVIO d.o.o. (EXEVIO Ltd.), trading as RxPH, a limited liability company registered in Croatia.

What RxPH is

RxPH is software. Doctors use it to keep their own patient records and to write prescriptions and clinical requests.

The doctor is the one practising medicine. They see the patient, make the diagnosis, decide the treatment and sign the prescription. Their licence number from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission is printed on it, and they are answerable for it. RxPH has no clinical relationship with any patient and takes no part in that decision.

RxPH is not a pharmacy or a drug retailer. It sells no medicines, dispenses none, markets none, delivers none and holds no stock. No patient pays anything through RxPH, and nobody pays for a medicine through it.

RxPH is not a telemedicine service. It does not host consultations, does not employ or contract the doctors who use it, and does not diagnose or treat.

Complaints

Write to contact@rxph.app and you will get an answer within seven calendar days. Say what happened, when, and what you want done; if it concerns a prescription, include the 12-character code printed on it.

If seven days pass without a resolution, Philippine law treats this route as exhausted and you are free to take the matter to the Department of Trade and Industry or to court (RA 11967 §24). A complaint about how personal data has been handled can also go to the National Privacy Commission in the Philippines, or to AZOP in Croatia.

Where the data lives

Prescriptions and patient records are held on servers in Falkenstein, Germany, inside the European Union, with an encrypted backup copy, updated every hour, in the Philippines. The doctor or clinic decides what goes into them and what happens to them; EXEVIO d.o.o. processes that data on their instructions and does not use it for anything else.
